We'll collect photos through 11:59pm EST on Sunday, March 17th. Then, beginning Wednesday, March 20th, we'll turn it over to the Philadelphia area to vote on the photo that is their favorite. Voting will continue through Sunday, March 31st at 11:59pm EST. The photo that gets the most votes will win the $1,000.00!
