General Contest Rules

Prize Pick-Up Hours:

Monday through Friday 9am-5pm
Business hours may vary due to holidays, please call regarding holiday hours. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to office closing time to allow for paperwork and winner verification.

If You Are a Prize Winner:

1. Winners who have won prizes ON-AIR by calling the studio hotlines will be advised by the WISX studio to contact the WISX Promotions Department the following day to receive explicit instructions of our prize redemption procedures. The number to call is 610-784-3333.

Online Contest prize winners will be notified via phone by the WISX Promotions Dept. and be given similar instructions on how to claim your prize.

ALL prizes are picked up at our studios.

2. You will have to come to the WISX offices during normal business hours (M-F from 9am-5pm) to pick-up your prize.
*The WISX business/promotions office is not open on weekends and holidays.

3. The receptionist will greet you and have you fill out and sign a standard release form.

4. Once you have completed filling out your paperwork, please notify the receptionist and a member of the WISX Promotions Department will come out to assist you.

5. Please bring one form of picture identification (required).
*If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize.

6. The WISX Promotions Department will verify that you are the winner and you will receive your prize.

7. Along with your prize, you will receive a document informing you when you are eligible to win again from WISX. If you do not receive this document please ask the representative from the promotions department to give you a copy of it.
